Return Process

Requests for Return of products purchased from our e-commerce portal, jeevaaorganics.com are required to be made by Users within 2 days from delivery of the product(s). Users can place their request via email at jeevaaorganics@gmail.com or call us at our number +91 7259395824.

You are required to send your details i.e. Order number/ Order ID and Reasons for Return via email.

Returns:

You are requested to adhere to the below detailed process for returning the purchased products online.

After the delivery of the purchased product, if you are unsatisfied with the product subject to the issues stated ahead, kindly email us your order details of the existing product which you want to return at jeevaaorganics@gmail.com. The existing product needs to reach us at our Warehouse and returns can be made in the following ways-

Return Pick-up facility is available in selected locations depending on the courier services in the said location. If you choose to schedule a pick-up, you must properly wrap the product in a packet and do seal the packet. The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and all the tags should be intact. Keep the packet ready and open, to quicken the pickup process. Our staff may initially scan the product at the time of pickup and a quality check of the product will be conducted at our Returns Desk/Warehouse.

If return pick-up option is not available at your location, you can even Self-Return the product to us. In case your area pin code is not eligible for Return Pick-up mode then, you may self-return the product to our Returns desk/Warehouse. The product should be properly wrapped and you must ensure that the product is unused, unaltered, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Also, please mention the Order ID and Return ID of the returned product on the package.

In both the above mentioned approaches, the return courier charges will be borne by the customers.

 

Terms & Conditions:

  • The returned product should be fresh, unwashed, unaltered and unused with the tag intact as it will be checked at our end.
  • Ensure all returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage in transit.
  • The original packaging of the item must be maintained inclusive of the tags attached.
  • Return policy is not applicable for products purchased on sale.
  • Printed products are printed on one side as per industry standard and cannot be returned if the customer expects print on both sides
  • Once the size is confirmed with you over WhatsApp, the order is not applicable for returns.
  • Return courier charges to be borne by the customers.
